In January 2007, RECO entered into financially-settled swap transactions with winning bidders for the energy and capacity needs of RECO's Central and Western Divisions for the period June 1, 2007 through May 31, 2010. As a result, RECO will not be issuing this year an RFP for the energy and capacity needs of RECO's Central and Western Divisions.
