In January 2010, RECO entered into financially-settled swap transactions with winning bidders for the energy and capacity needs of RECO’s Central and Western Divisions for the period June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2013. The financial swaps pertain to 100% of the forecasted energy and capacity requirements for RECO’s Central and Western Divisions. The following is a summary of the 2010 RFP results:
