ANNOUNCEMENT: Processing Priorities for Bidder Questions

Effective immediately, questions will be answered in the following order of priority:
  1. questions submitted by registered bidders about scheduling and other procedural matters regarding the auctions,
  2. questions submitted by registered bidders about bidding procedures,
  3. questions submitted by registered bidders about auction rules,
  4. questions submitted by registered bidders about the BGS Supplier Master Agreement,
  5. other questions submitted by registered bidders, and
  6. other questions.
While the Auction Manager will answer questions in categories 1) through 3) each day, responses to other questions will only be provided on a best efforts basis and as time permits.  We encourage bidders to submit precise questions and, if referring to data or to a document, to send the data or document to BGS-Auction@nera.com along with their question.
