The EDCs will hold a bidder information webcast for prospective bidders on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 2:00 PM Eastern Prevailing Time. All prospective bidders are invited to register for the bidder information webcast.  To do so, please either:

• RSVP via email with the number of phone connections needed; or
• Fill out the “Information Session RSVP” form available here: https://bgs-auction.com/bgs.bidinfo.ip.asp

The presentation will review:

• The qualification requirements and online application process in view of the deadline for Part 1 Applications on December 12, 2023;
• Key aspects of the Board decision in the BGS proceeding; and
• The auction rules in detail.

Bidder information materials will be made available on the BGS Auction website. These will include overviews of the credit requirements, application process, and conduct of the Auctions.
