On November 3, 2023, the Auction Manager posted the final Pre-Auction security documents and Post-Auction Letter of Credit to the Contract & Credit page of the “bidder info” tab of the BGS Auction website, including:

• The standard forms of the Pre-Auction Letters of Credit required by the Part 2 Application;
• The standard form of the Post-Auction Letter of Credit that will be appended to the BGS-RSCP and BGS-CIEP Supplier Master Agreements;
• The standard form of the Letter of Intent to Provide a Guaranty and sample Letters of Reference for BGS-RSCP Bidders that may be required to submit additional pre-auction security with their Part 2 Applications; and
• A list of modifications to the Pre-Auction and Post-Auction Letters of Credit that are acceptable to the EDCs and that can be incorporated by any supplier on an optional basis.

The lists of acceptable modifications to the Pre-Auction and Post-Auction Letters of Credit integrate the requests for modifications submitted by potential bidders in the recently concluded comment process and found acceptable by the EDCs.  The Auction Manager will issue instructions for the submission of the Pre-Auction Letters of Credit by the date when the online Application Portable becomes available.
