JCP&L has confirmed that the data provided in the “Electric_Switching_Historical” file is accurate. For JCP&L, the Residential Switching Accounts values are based on customer counts as of each month-end. The Load values (MW) are not load based on consumption each month, but rather the capacity obligation.
