The BGS Auction website is refreshed every year to include only content relevant for the upcoming BGS Auctions. Materials from prior auctions are removed from the BGS Auction website as the information may no longer be relevant.

While the BGS Auction website contains some general information of interest to all stakeholders, this website is mainly established for suppliers that participate in the upcoming BGS Auctions and as such we do not generally maintain a database of past materials. 

However, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“Board”) has document search tools that allow members of the public to locate documents that have been filed with the Board (https://www.nj.gov/bpu/agenda/orders/).  For this purpose, it may be helpful to note the docket numbers in which such prior documents were filed, which are available from the Board decisions posted to the BGS orders page of the auction tab on the BGS Auction website.
