On April 25, 2018, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“Board”) issued a procedural order and initiated a BGS proceeding for the period starting June 1, 2019 (Docket No. ER18040356). By July 2, 2018, interested stakeholders filed their proposals for the procurement of BGS.
The Board has asked that interested stakeholders file their initial comments on all proposals for the procurement of BGS. All comments, including comments from prospective bidders on any aspect of the EDC proposal, must be filed by today, September 5, 2018 with the Board’s Secretary (customarily one original and 10 copies at the following address):

Such comments must also be electronically served via email to parties on the BGS e-service list. Parties wishing to be added to the BGS e-service list may do so by emailing Stacy Peterson at Stacy.Peterson@bpu.nj.gov. Final Comments can only be used to respond to issues raised in the Initial Comments, issues raised at the Legislative-type hearing or questions issued by Board staff.
