At its public agenda meeting held on November 21, 2017, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“Board”) approved the main elements of the EDCs’ proposal for a statewide BGS Auction Process. The EDCs submitted their compliance filing by December 4, 2017. The Secretary of the Board has issued a letter confirming that the compliance filing documents are consistent with the Board’s decision and are the final documents for the 2018 BGS Auctions. These documents, including the Auction Rules, Supplier Master Agreements, and Company Specific Addendum for each EDC, are posted to the bgs proceeding page. The Auction Rules and Supplier Master Agreements are also available in hardcopy upon request to the Auction Manager.
The BGS Auction Manager also posted the Terms and Conditions of the Auction Software that will be used for the upcoming BGS Auctions to the info sessions page as an appendix to the November Bidder Information Packet.
