The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities has approved the results of the 2010 BGS Auctions. The press release issued by the Board is located at: http://www.bpu.state.nj.us/bpu/newsroom/news/pdf/20100211.pdf.
This press release includes the names of the winners in each auction and the final prices.
A winning bidder may only release additional information regarding the number of tranches it has won and the territories the winner will be serving. A losing bidder may only release additional information regarding the fact that it participated in the Auction. The winners and losing bidders otherwise continue to be bound by confidentiality and the certifications made as part of the BGS Auction Process.
